Cooking an Asian Wild Duck Recipe with Gary LeVox

Chad Belding and Gary LeVox, front man for Rascal Flats for 20 years, are waterfowl hunting in Nebraska. The guys are cleaning the wigeon and mallards from their duck hunt to make a delicious Asian duck recipe. Chad uses beings cooking the ducks on a Traeger, then moves the meat to a hot skillet to flash fry to a medium rare of 133 degrees.
