A simple but delicious recipe of cooking an American Almond Beef Cross Rib Steak on the Traeger Grill. We season the meat using the Crosshair Rub mixed with Drop Tine from The Provider and salt. While cooking on the Traeger we get high tech and use our wireless Meater Thermometer to monitor the temperature and remove the steaks until they reach 120 degrees. Then we remove and sear the steaks on a hot cast iron using Napa Valley Olive Oil until the internal temperature reaches 133 degrees. Slice and serve!
