Joel is in the Austrian Alps hunting Chamois, a goat-antelope. He’s showing how he uses Provider Crosshairs rub in this delicious wild game Chamois Wienerschnitzel recipe. It’s in Dropbox with and without music. Dropbox link is attached.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chamois tenderloin or any wild game or store purchased tenderloin
- 4 tbsp Provider Crosshairs Rub/Spice
- 1 cup finely ground flour
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
Directions:
- Slice tenderloin as thin as possible against the grain.
- Mix flour and ProviderCrosshairs
- Dredge meat slices in flour mixture
- Heat oil in skillet and fry one minute on each side
- Plate, sprinkle Crosshairs on top and garnish with a lemon wedge
- Serve and enjoy
