Sous vide Provider Pizza Burgers Recipe

Joel from our Midwest Kitchen is combing The Provider Crosshair rub, Swine rub, and The Right Wing Sauce to season up a unique Sous vide Provider Pizza Burger recipe.


  • 1 LB ground meat (wild game or store purchased)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 TBSP Provider Crosshairs or multi purpose seasoning
  • 1 TBSP Provider Swine or brown sugar
  • 1 Dash Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 stick of butterTBSP
  • 1 TBSP Napa Valley Olive Oil
  • Round sliced Provolone
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  •  dash parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers
  • 2 Buns
  • The Provider Right Wing Sauce (Coming soon!)
  1. Mix ground meat, egg, Crosshairs seasoning and Italian seasoning in large bowl
  2. Patty ground meat mixture into 4 thin patties
  3. Place provolone cheese on 2 patties and cover with 2 patties pinching sides together
  4. Sous vide patties for 3 hours at 130
  5. Saute onions and roasted red peppers in butter on cast iron skillet
  6. Remove patties from sous vide and flash fry in butter and Napa Valley Olive Oil in a cast iron skillet adding marinara, onions, peppers, and parmesan
  7. Top toasted buns with patties, sauce, onions, marinara, parmesan and serve
